I recently discovered my new favorite YouTuber and wasted no time ordering his cookbook as a Christmas gift for myself. There are so many great recipes I can't wait to try!! I'm saving to buy a stand mixer so I can make even recipes, including grinding my own meat and Joshua Weissman The book feels amazing, it’s not got a nice weight to it. The pages are so crisp and clean. Joshua Weissman is so funny and I love his cooking videos. I bought this as a birthday present for my sister but I will definitely be buying me one also. I looked at some of the English Most of the things I cook I consult Josh through his book or his Youtube channel first. He's the man, and he's elevating my cooking, which I appreciate. *Papa hug*
